Founded in 1988, Van Osch Design Inc. is a full-service interior design firm with extensive experience in the design of corporate/commercial office, retail, healthcare, and public space. Working on a variety of space scenarios, from new builds and expansions of existing spaces, to renovations within existing premises, Van Osch Design Inc strives for the design ideal of Form, Function and Finish as a guiding principle in creating amazing and inspiring spaces for our clients.
Our Interior Design team offers the benefit of our cumulative design experience and our well-established relationships with the consultant and contractor communities to ensure the overall quality of our clients’ projects. Our objective is always to create a dynamic, well-designed environment, delivered on time and on budget.

Our design services guide our client from start-to-finish through the design and construction process:
Preliminary Planning and Conceptual Development begins with functional programming, interior space planning, and early design development to lay the foundation for each project
Design Development continues from the established conceptual design, wherein our team moves forward with the detailed design of the space in full collaboration with our client and consultant team: final planning, ceiling and lighting design, millwork design, colour and material selections
Construction Drawing Preparation runs parallel to Design Development as our consultant team creates a full drawing and specification package ready for contractor pricing and building permit application

Contract Administration includes construction phase project coordination, project oversight, and project documentation services
